IT Consultant to provide IT Support/PC Technician for our client in Philadelphia. In this role you will ensure the stable operation of in-house computer network and voice date networks, PC's, laptops and blackberry interfacing with our Service Desk personnel in Puerto Rico.
This includes Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory/Group Policies, and supporting network hardware and communication links. The ideal candidate will be someone who is a polished professional consultant with a great attitude and a strong desire to learn.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide occasional 1st level PC support over the phone to corporate staff and contractors
Provide 2nd level PC support desk side to corporate staff and contractors
Be on-site one day per week and available to attend emergency calls
Ensure the stable operation of client computing needs, including Windows PCs and client standard applications
Configure and support laptop and desktop hardware
Configure PCs to specific requirements
